Your question, our starting point
How can one event kit work across several venues?
We design coordinated advertising systems for exhibitions, conferences, promotional events, and brand presentations. Rollups, textile walls, media walls, counters, and supporting materials share a clear visual hierarchy while adapting to the hardware and space available.
Why do separate promotional pieces feel disconnected?
A rollup, a media wall, and a counter are often ordered at different times. Without one hierarchy, logos grow, messages compete, and the visitor has to assemble the brand story themselves. We give the kit a shared structure: what identifies the brand, what explains the offer, and what supports a conversation.
Each surface still has its own job. A press background must work behind people and in photographs. A rollup needs to be understood on its own. A textile wall can hold the main message while the counter stays readable when someone stands in front of it.
How do we plan for reuse?
We map the likely combinations before preparing all the artwork. Some venues need the full kit; others only have room for two pieces. We separate information that stays useful from details that change for each event, such as dates, partners, or a campaign message.
Supplier templates guide the visible zones and production dimensions. We also consider how graphic panels, replacement prints, and setup notes should be named so your team can find the right version later.
What connects the graphics to the space?
A simple placement plan can show how the kit works together without turning a compact brief into a full custom stand project. Where useful, quick 3D previews help compare combinations. Counter concepts and print production preparation can be included when those ingredients are needed.
What do you receive?
The final list belongs in the quote. Depending on your brief, the recipe can include:
- An advertising system concept and visual hierarchy
- Artwork layouts for the agreed rollups, walls, and promotional formats
- A format and version list for the chosen hardware
- A placement or setup overview for the agreed venue configurations
What should you send us?
- Hardware names, supplier templates, and usable print dimensions
- Typical venues, space limits, and transport or reuse requirements
- Brand files, campaign content, and the required format list
Missing an ingredient? Send what you have. We can help turn the unknowns into a workable brief.
