Your question, our starting point
Can the production team understand the stand without guessing?
We prepare graphic and layout documentation for exhibition production: technical sheets for stands and halls, dimensioned template drawings, panel schedules, stand manuals, and assembly instructions. The pack makes approved design information easier to produce, install, update, and reuse.
What makes a production pack useful?
The people printing panels, packing hardware, and assembling the stand need different details, but those details must agree. We use consistent names and references so the panel in the artwork overview matches the panel in the drawing and the part in the setup instructions.
A complete stand template is defined around a particular system and scope. It may include a floor plan, elevations, panel dimensions, graphic zones, component references, and output notes. We clarify what βcompleteβ means for your contractor before drawing the pack.
How do assembly instructions become readable?
We break the confirmed setup sequence into steps and use clear views, part labels, orientation cues, and short instructions. The guide should answer the practical questions: which part comes next, which side faces out, and which graphic belongs on it?
The supplier or assembly team confirms the actual sequence, fixing methods, handling requirements, and any safety instructions. A review by the people doing the work is a valuable ingredient before the manual is finalised.
What belongs on venue and hall sheets?
The agreed sheets can show the footprint, boundaries, graphic locations, access, equipment positions, and relevant design notes on supplied venue information. Dates, revisions, and open questions stay visible. If the concept is still moving, stand design should be settled first. If the pack needs reusable artwork masters, DTP preparation can connect the drawings to the output files.
What do you receive?
The final list belongs in the quote. Depending on your brief, the recipe can include:
- A coordinated drawing or technical-sheet set for the agreed scope
- Stand or panel templates with dimensions and artwork references
- A component and file schedule with clear identifiers
- An illustrated assembly or setup manual based on confirmed supplier information
What should you send us?
- Approved concept, dimensions, and the contractorβs component information
- Venue or hall requirements and the intended production workflow
- Confirmed assembly sequence, hardware details, and documentation users
Missing an ingredient? Send what you have. We can help turn the unknowns into a workable brief.
