Open-from-three-sides 4x4 m exhibition stand for Madness Advertising, designed as an airy, reusable, cost-optimized presentation system.

Madness Advertising received a non-typical 4x4 m exhibition space opened from three sides. The stand had to feel light and accessible, but still show a wide range of presentation products in a very small area.
The solution works as a compact showroom: visitors can see materials, lighting, print surfaces, modular floor details, furniture, cable management, and small product ideas in one clear walk-through space.
The main request was practical: keep the total construction cost optimized and reuse as many elements as possible from previous exhibitions. The stand also had to be built mainly from standard products and familiar production techniques, without strange custom solutions that would raise price or slow down installation.
We connected the brief with the symbol &. It came from the agency’s broad service offer: we do this & this & also this & this too.
The graphic system uses this idea across walls, cubes, counter graphics, and supporting print pieces. It gives the stand one recognizable visual language while allowing many small product messages to live together.
The stand presents the standards on purpose: plexiglass, backlight fabric, forex, lightboxes, modular floor, display flat with custom print, practical counter graphics, plotted foil on seating cubes, various light types, and tidy cable routing.
Nothing is used only as decoration. Each element is also a sample of what the visitor can order or adapt for their own event.
Because the stand is opened from three sides, the layout had to stay airy. The central zone was kept free, the counter moved to the edge, and the main message was placed on high-visibility backlit surfaces.
Mirrored foil helped visually expand the small footprint and also showed another material option in the same space. Fun fact: real mirrors are usually problematic at exhibitions, but reflective foil can create a similar effect with much easier handling.
Small exhibition spaces work best when every object has two jobs: present the brand and demonstrate a real product possibility.
The result is a reusable 4x4 m stand that feels open, bright, and practical. It presents the client’s product range without overbuilding the space, keeps construction realistic, and turns a compact floorplan into a small live catalog of exhibition possibilities.
